Brent enjoys flying and relaxing with family and a good movie or TV series. He has been in the industry for 38 years and looks forward to developing and implementing the next generation of management with the company.

Carrie has been with the company for 27 years. She started in the Accounts Receivable and Collections Department and was then promoted to the Office Manager. She is a big supporter of employee equality. She firmly believes that if you do something for one employee, you should do it for all employees. She enjoys working with employees who are proud to be part of the company’s ESOP. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, and their two children. Hobbies include, decorating their home, shopping, reading, and volunteering with WCPR SOS, which helps significant others and spouses of first responders and their families through traumatic incidents.

Ryan is just finishing up his associates degree of applied sciences with a major in accounting. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing golf, watching football and basketball, go Bengals go Blazers. WHO DEY!

Josh started his time with ASETBP in the shop. Since then he has moved to Purchasing.

Chris was born in Denver Colorado. His family moved to the Northwest when he was young. He likes to barbeque, and has been a barbeque instructor as well as a competitor. Chris enjoys the Northwest life style of hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, etc. He was formally trained as a fuel and electrical systems specialist in the US Army as well as college and is known by many as “Bronco Chris” or “Barbecue Chris." Go Broncos!

A native of Montana, Bob studied Business Administration, Economics, and Finance at Carroll College. He started his career in the hotel business learning the emphasis of customer service in interpersonal relationships. His career has taken him to Fortune 100 companies as a professional sales representative. He refocused his life path in 2004 and worked in the marine industry rebuilding damaged vessels. This gave Bob the unique opportunity to rebalance his life employing the tools he learned to communicate with a variety of people to a deeper understanding of mechanical and electrical processes around heavy equipment based industries. He enjoys sailing, boat building and living on the Columbia River.

Dennis has been working in the Automotive Aftermarket for over 40 years. He has also been married for 40 years to a gracious wife and has a son, beautiful daughter-in-law and new granddaughter. Virtually all of his work has been with parts manufacturers. He sold brand names like Borg-Warner, Niehoff, Beck-Arnley, Echlin, Perfection Clutch, and Zoom Clutch. His travels have taken him from Hawaii to the Caribbean and from Alaska and Canada to Mexico. His interests revolve around cars and airplanes to gardening and working around the house. At ASE Supply, Dennis takes care of the OEM accounts, does sales work, and answers the phone in the parts department. “ASE Supply/Thermo-By-Products is a very fun place to work and being an employee owned company gives me great satisfaction that we all look out for each other.”

Tim has been with the company since 2011. He primarily handles both purchasing and sales of Thermo By Products.

Travis was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, but now lives in Washington on 5 acres with his wife and three children. He loves the Pacific Northwest and in his free time he enjoys fishing, video games and spending time outdoors with his family.

Cristian joined ASE in 2015 to supplement the shipping staff. He has since moved into the sales department to become the company's only bilingual employee.

Katie enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, going to the beach, and spending time with her family. She has been with the company since 2015.

Aaron has been with the company since 2011. He can handle all facets of warehousing, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Trent works in the warehouse, shipping your packages and pulling orders when needed. He started with ASETBP in 2017.

Aleda has been with the company for over 10 years. She handles packaging of overseas shipments. Her meticulous nature ensures that every product she sends is up to the customer's standard.

Arlie loves spending time with his wife and children fishing, camping, shooting, offroading and exploring the outdoors. He also spends a lot of time restoring old boats, cars, and wood working.

Joel enjoys camping with friends and family, shooting guns, playing pool and exploring off road trails.

Jeremy was brought on in 2015. He has made great strides in helping the company out of a technological dark age and has moved ASETBP into the 21st century.

Val enjoys writing, and crafting, and exploring new (urban) places. She has been with the company since 2012.
